Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to submit your returns request via the returns portal Refund policy
There are two possible cases:
- If you have received a broken, damaged, incomplete or non-conforming product, please contact us within 72 hours with photos or videos so that we can send you the correct bracelet.
- If you wish to return your product for an exchange or refund, you will be responsible for the cost of return.
